Returns:
You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If the product has been opened or used, we may not be able to process a return.
To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
If a return does not meet our return criteria, we’ll let you know and offer alternatives, such as store credit.
Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.
Final Sale Items:
