Refund Policy

Returns:

• You may return items within 60 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. If the product has been opened or used, we may not be able to process a return.

• To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

• If a return does not meet our return criteria, we’ll let you know and offer alternatives, such as store credit.

Exchanges:

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products.

Final Sale Items:

• Certain items, including clearance and sale items, may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description for more details.
